Colas has instituted an new security feature for accessing office 365 applications (email, one-drive, teams, etc).

 After completing this procedure you will occasionally be sent a txt message (phone call) when logging in outside of the network. This makes it MUCH harder for the bad guys to take over your account.

1. It will take you to a screen that asks you to enter your cellphone number. Enter it and click “next”.
2. Enter the code number you receive and click “next”. That’s it, click done.
If you are prompted to log in use your username@colas.com login and the password you use for your computer. Looks like fuglesj@colas.com 
Please note it's "@COLAS" NOT "@COLASKA"
 If you login and you phone number is already listed, close your browser, you are already set up.
